30x30" overall. 21" dia. images. Brass fasteners in each bottom corner (missing on top corners). Each with same text "For President/C.N.R. Banner Painter/Weatherly Pa." The Smith portrait while entirely stable has now lost surface color from the face so image has white tone to most areas. The Hoover, however, remains 95% intact with bright color. Overall Smith VG/Hoover VF. Large, impressive and unique.
