Item Description
1950s. Each is 14x22" printed by Triangle Poster Co. of Pittsburgh. September 20th poster is for show at Crum Lynne and has nice graphics of circus showgirls with elephants with clown in foreground next to text "40 Tons of Elephants". Top margin edge has .25x.5" piece gone at right, bottom margin edge is missing .5x1" piece at right. Second poster is for October 16th event presented by Teenage Association held in Martinsburg with photo in center of performing elephant, elephant with laughing clown, and trapeze artist in air. Performance location name at bottom edge has been inked out and replaced with different name handwritten in ink. Lt. corner creases. Image area on both will mat and frame to Fine/VF appearance. Nice designs.
