Item Description
Made by Enbee Distributing Company NYC. Game came in envelope as issued. 9.5x18.5" paper envelope has nice 7-1/8x7.5" label on from with wonderful specialty art by creator George McManus with daughter Nora playing piano as Maggie sings and Jiggs frowns and holds head. Envelope is worn around edges and most of back flap has pulled loose but is still here with original string tie. VG. Label has a few creases at bottom but Fine. Game board is 18-3/8x18.5" divided into four segments with various images of Jiggs, Maggie, Nora and other characters with nice image in center of smiling Jiggs with cigar with Maggie scowling at him. Trace of minor wear but overall VF. Comes with original plain parts envelope which holds 3-7/8x3-7/8" thin cardboard spinner with profile image of Jiggs smoking cigar and one extra spinner, group of four celluloid playing pieces designed like pinback buttons, each 5/8" dia. with image of Jiggs with cigar and folded instruction sheet. Instruction sheet has oxidation marks from metal backs of celluloid pieces. Good. Spinners and playing pieces are VF. Rare as complete with envelope. Great design with superb graphics.
