c. late 1940-early 1950s. 15.5" dia. 5" deep with plastic faces and rims has painted steel interior with attached heavy cord. Made by "Neon Products Inc. Lima-Ohio". Underwriters Laboratories inspected electric sign number 89494. Scattered lt. surface wear with a few hairline scratches but overall bright and VF. Working. Wonderful display item.
