11x12.5x3.5" deep box featuring jack-o-lantern art contains two-piece costume © 1954 Day F. Tar-Zilla Distefano (most probable 1964). Box appears to have original cellophane window. Lid has one split corner but other corners remain tight. Lt. wear but box is VF. Costume is size Large (12-14). Mask is molded plastic. One-piece outfit is rayon. Silk screened design on chest area is of Outer Limits monster w/text "Outer Limits" at neckline. Mask has no cracks and elastic strap is still affixed. Costume has some heavy aging at spots, mostly on arms, center of chest and back. Left sleeve has a 1x1.25" square hole, center of chest has a 6" vertical tear in center of face and a smaller .75x1.25" L-shaped tear below at the chin. 1.5" tear on leg, hem at crotch has torn out resulting in some fraying to material and a 1.75" tear. Back of pants have a large tear starting at waist and reaching to bottom of crotch, having come apart. Just Good.
