Item Description
From same series as #2883. 8x9.75" lined pencil tablet from 1930s ©John F. Dille Co. Has glossy paper cover with illustration relating to story on inside #6 in the series "Buck Is Rescued From The Asterites". Front cover has nice art of Wilma and Dr. Huer coming to the rescue of Buck who is tied and being dragged by five small villains in foreground. Inside front cover story text states "Did Buck Escape Safely From The Powerful Little Asterites? Watch For A New Episode" but we believe this was the final chapter in this series. Cover has some dust soil and foxing around edges, inside pages are lightly but evenly tanned with a few tiny flakes off two pages. Unused and Fine. Nice graphics and interesting concept. All in this series are rare.
