Item Description
Two items. 25.5x30.5" high quality gold accent wood frame has double archival mat with 16.75x20.75" opening revealing “Inaugural Celebration March 8-March 17, 1996 Boca Raton, Florida" poster. Poster has four panels with art images of smiling Earth with printed signature of artist and Beetle Bailey creator Mort Walker at lower right. Walker was founder and curator of this museum. Museum started in New York, moved to Florida in 1992 and opened this new building in March of 1996. Lower left has lead pencil Edition # ”1/500". Poster is N.Mint as framed and ready for display. Comes with 6x6.5" “Landmark Collection” die-cut folder ©1994 which holds 5.25" wide die-cut wood Christmas ornament of the International Museum of Cartoon Art building. Folder has some wear on inside. Fine. Ornament is N.Mint. Nice commemorative items for important museum which is no longer in operation.
