10-3/4x14-1/4x1" deep box contains complete parts by Novel Novelties Inc. copyright 1941 National Biscuit Co. Lid and box bottom have two1" end panel splits. Lt. surface paper wear overall along edges, but displays nicely overall VF. Set consists of a 10-1/2x14" full color tin litho target, 6" long crossbow and three magnetic darts. Target includes illustrations of Straight Arrow and outlaws and designed w/pair of diecut holes at top so it could be hung plus cardboard easel on reverse. Easel has never been used. Front of target is bright and glossy very minor surface wear and is Exc. Crossbow has yellow/red wood handle and shaft w/metal bar bow and rwb drawstring. Side of handle has blw "Straight Arrow" sticker. Metal bow has overall lt. surface oxidation but crossbow still looks Exc. Darts each have circular magnetic base w/red/yellow feather attachments. Two are complete and one is missing a red feather. Original instruction sheet is included. Sheet has several corner folds, but rare and FN. A nicely designed game and rarely found complete and with instruction sheet.
