This seldom seen, imaginative premium is a 6" long hard plastic tube. One side has metal pocket clip, top end has raised circular image of Preston and Yukon King on the mouthpiece of a whistle w/show name in initials below image. Other features include inset metal compass, sundial in white w/raised red plastic "needle," interior top opening serves as secret compartment, bottom tip is pen point. Missing from the interior is a battery, spring and bulb used for item to also function as a flashlight. Compass dial is detached from base, but was manufactured this way, as there is not a post for the compass dial. There is two small hairline crack on the tip near the pen needle and one in the middle section of the kit also. These hairline cracks are only visible on close inspection. One of only several been able to offer of the Preston version and exterior appearance is complete and VF.
