Item Description
1.75" with Phila. Badge Co. backpaper. Some noticeable moderately dark tan spotting around the upper rim edge with just a few traces hardly showing around the bottom rim edge. Button is still fully glossy and displays well. Hake's Revised Prices 2004 value is $656.00. The example shown in the book is not accompanied by a suspended paper on linen hanger as this one is. This hanger does have significant wear and simply comes along with the button. It is 4.5" long and reads "Vote/Republican/Worker." Quite possibly the button was used only by workers, thus accounting for its rarity. Button still displays Fine and glossy. Very conservative opening bid.
