Slightly yellowed plastic sleeve with horizontal bar pin on the reverse measures 2.25x3.5". Corners have about a half dozen tiny pinholes. Interior holds 2x3" card with the text, JFK smiling photo, and designation "No. 370." Glued to the back of the plastic holder is 5.5" ribbon reading "Press." Ribbon is a little yellowed and with pair of impressed staple marks on the bottom corner tips but it remains quite clean. We don't know if this was used during the campaign or while he was in office but in either case quite a limited issue.
