Item Description
Album is 7.25x8.5" w/20 pages, waxed paper bread labels are 2.75x2.75". © 1952 Wilson R. Caskey. Album was issued by various bakeries and this has imprint on back cover of Braun's Town Talk. Front cover art is of pair of jets flying over Earth, back cover features bread loaf w/airplane bread labels. Contents include text pages w/history of American aviation and how to identify aircraft. This is followed by eight pages w/designated areas for placement of airplane bread labels, each featuring text on that specific plane. Designed to hold 48 different labels plus four pages w/blank areas for additional labels of your choice. Album is unused and Exc. Comes w/41 of the 48 labels. Aircraft includes Grumman Panther, Northrup Flying Wing, Sikorsky, Republic Thunderjet, Boeing Stratojet, North American Twin Mustang, etc. Scattered general wear and aging but labels remain largely Fine.
