Item Description
Two items. Both are approximately 9 7/8x10" flat box missing top flaps and portion of bottom flaps. 1956 box has premium offer of “Lone Ranger Hike-O-Meter” with bold 5.75" wide ink signature at top “Clayton Moore Lone Ranger”. Box front features art of premium along with image of Lone Ranger with guns drawn and back features him offering premiums for 50¢ and box top. Second box is from 1957 and offers “Big As Life Pictures Of The Lone Ranger And Tonto!” with art image on front of Lone Ranger and Tonto along with baseball batter swinging . Back has nice art images of Lone Ranger and Tonto with guns drawn as shown on posters. One poster is available for 35¢ and two Wheaties box tops, both posters are available for 50¢ and three Wheaties box tops. Boxes are trimmed a bit unevenly with lt. aging but clean with bright color. Fine. Great for display with one of the largest Clayton Moore signatures we have ever seen. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Ted Hake and Tom Tumbusch.
