The art is on 5.5x7.75" art board, art area is 4.5x5.5" and below this is text paste-on reading "Do You Know If You're Near Or Far-Sighted?" Art is of eye doctor asking this question of a one-eyed alien creature. The actual card that comes along is 2.5x3.5" and from a set of 60. Both are N. Mint.
