Item Description
Each is die-cut paper ©Fontaine Fox c.1933 by Einson-Freeman Co. Includes 13" tall “Skipper” and 11.25" tall “Powerful Katrinka”. Variety given out at “Super-Shell” gas stations. With text on reverse of each charcter saying this is the gas they use plus Super Shell logo. Skipper has lt. handling creases, mostly visible across top with a few tiny edge tears. VG. Katrinka’s left ear is lightly creased otherwise Fine. Scarcer pair of many different comic characters produced by Einson-Freeman. Bright color and great design. From The Tomart Archives and comes with Hake's COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
