Milton Bradley #4838. 8.5x17x1.5" deep box has nice specialty art on lid by creator Fontaine Fox showing the Skipper steering trolley as people race to catch it and powerful Katrinka looks on from hill and Mickey McGuire smokes long cigar on hillside. Lid has color rubs around edges with one corner split with a few tiny bits of missing paper at corner areas. VG/Fine. Instructions are printed on inside of lid. Game board is 16.25x16.25" with design of trolley track going around village with labeled character houses with their images. Includes characters shown on lid as well as "Aunt Eppie Hogg, Suitcase Simpson, Tomboy Taylor, Stinky Davis, The Terrible Tempered Mr. Bang, Little Stanley" with "The Little Scorpions" clubhouse in center. Comes with nine die-cut thin cardboard playing pieces ranging in size from 1.5" tall to 2.5" tall with each inserted into slot on wood base. Also has small pair of dice and two wood containers for dice. Board and playing pieces have trace of lt. aging but overall VF. A classic game with choice graphics. Our last sold for $393.
