8.5x11" c. early 1930s on letterhead with Mickey Mouse image at top center along with address of 2719 Hyperion Hollywood. Letter is in regards to a person's request for "A Possible Affiliation With Walt Disney Productions Limited." Letter notes a personal interview could not be granted without "First Ascertaining Your Full Qualifications." Recipient was to fill out a questionnaire and application and return these with sample of their work. Original folds and scattered crease/handling wear. VG. Interesting Studio-related item.
