This item was in Auction #200 but is being re-offered as the bidder defaulted. Item is a 3/8" red and black enamel on brass lapel stud with threaded post and cap on reverse. Surrounding text reads "National Asso. Colored Service" while center reads "Waiters/1927/Cooks." Tiniest trace of a little green color tint on a couple of the brass letters but overall N. Mint and the only example we've seen. Item exceeded $100.00 in Auction #200.
