Item Description
This company produced a 7/8" button in 1896 but they revised it to this 1.25" size in 1898. Button retains its W&H backpaper with a small stain along upper edge and a trivial 1/16" nick. The celluloid shows the boys in a yellow/gold washtub with their lower bodies covered by white soap suds and with large flag accents behind them. Additional text reads "The Best Flag/The Best Cleanser/ You Can't Beat Them!" Virtual pinpoint and trivial rub on upper edge. Exc. and displays Mint.
