2.25x6" tall stiff cardboard printed on both sides plus it opens to reveal advertising for "Brennemans Fine Biscuit." Front reads "Blow For The Boys Who Broke The Kaiser's Back." Reverse reads "Victory Whistle/Blow For Brennemans Fine Biscuit." This side has pair of red paint streaks and rest of cardboard shows light general age but overall still in VG condition and rare.
