A very similar shaped whistle was used in 1936 with airplane image on curved end and with text on flat area “Official Jimmy Allen Secret Signal”. This version from early 1940s has no imprint of plane or text. Instruction sheet is titled “How to Blow Secret Signal Whistle”. Envelope is creased with small tear at right. Just Good.
