8.5x11" donation receipt titled "Coalition To Stop Gun Violence 20th Anniversary Auction Nov 2, 1995." Has Ringo's name, address and phone number printed in "Donor Name" portion with "Signed Photo" printed in Description of Items for Catalog area. Beatles drummer has signed his name in black ballpoint pen "R. Starkey" in Donor's Signature area. Bottom portion has text "Return Form By September 15, 1995 To CSGV/Educational Fund Auction Committee" with Washington D.C. address. Has attached original yellow and pink carbon copies with same information. All three sheets are lightly wrinkled and have two horizontal folds as mailed. Top sheet is clear and Fine/VF. Starkey signatures are quite rare and only connected to business transactions. Great Beatles' related item for display. Comes with Hake's COA.
