1930s, unmarked but by Wolverine. 6" wide, 12" tall overall tin litho operated by sand coming from hopper. Roof of mill house lifts up and sand is poured in and goes into inside chute. Back of toy has lever which lifts up and down allowing sand to come into back chute and pour into slots on wheel which causes wheel to turn. As wheel turns, figure of Miller and his dog on side of house move back and forth. Miller carries large house key while on oppisite side of toy his wife waits w/rolling pin. Trace of scattered lt. wear but overall bright and VF. Elaborate graphics and great design. Working.
