Item Description
By Wolverine, but only marked "Made In Pittsburgh, PA, U.S.A." Side of hopper has patent dates of 1915 and 1917. 13.75" tall overall. Manually operated to first receive sand in crane bucket then boom arm swings around fully which causes operator to pull chain and release sand either in pile or in waiting toy dump truck. Litho tin hopper, rest, including operator is painted tin. Trace of lt. scattered wear but overall Fine. Neat toy from the teens.
