Item Description
This piece is 3" tall with large embossed brass bar pin holding cello insert reading "Souvenir." Brass links suspend 1.75" double sided celluloid with brass rim. Front shows speeding steam locomotive with surrounding text "5th Biennial Convention Of B. Of L.E., May 1902/Norfolk And Portsmouth, Va." Reverse of the piece has color depiction of the Virginia state seal. Name of maker W&H is on the back of the bar pin. Exc. and displays Mint. Rare limited issue.
