Item Description
1-5/16" brass bar pin inscribed "Commissioner" has pin on reverse plus extra bar which once held a fabric ribbon now gone. Links suspend a 1.5" brass medal with a jester-like figure blowing a horn and surrounded by a ribbon accent plus a steam locomotive with trailing cars coming down a track. Additional text on the front reads "Denver, August 10th 1899." Reverse is blank except for mark of maker W&H. Rare and N. Mint
