2.75" showing locomotive pulling passenger cars around a curve in a valley. Text below "15th Annual Meeting/Huntington, W.Va./Aug. 29, 1931." Reverse has 1" narrow line of cello that did not fold under the metal back cover but it lays perfectly flat and does not cause any problem with the front displaying Mint.
