1.75" heavy metal badge with keystone cutout and b/w photo of employee beneath celluloid. Dark metallic blue accent surrounding the cutout has a little wear at left. Company name surrounds this and at bottom is serial number "7854." Reverse of the piece has metal plate riveted on with horizontal bar pin all mounted on a metal back which has tiny scratch marks from the tool used to seal the narrow rim edge around the metal plate so that the piece could not be disassembled once issued. We estimate 1950's if not earlier. Some general wear from use but rare and unique. See following P.R.R. rare item.
