Scarce 1.25" button with even more rare celluloid suspension designed as a ribbon with text "Welcome Lindbergh/Montana/State Fair/Helena/September 5-9/1927." A few pinpoints of blue on the white celluloid as printed. Essentially Mint as made. The celluloid ribbon accent is 2.25" tall.
