Beautiful sepia photo on highly domed surface surrounded by brass rim 1.25" dia. and firmly attached by a reverse prong to a six petal purple fabric rosette although this does not have a fastener on its reverse. Likely this piece was somehow joined to a larger ribbon. Great scene of three horses hitched to a wagon positioned in the doorway of a fire station with the driver holding the reins. c. 1908.
