There is a well known fantasy button with this same text but on that his image is facing to the right. On this first seen original his photo is facing to the left. Spring pin holds rwb ribbon plus brass key chain and pair of celluloid baseball charms. Ribbon shows light age and the white background of the button has scattered small tan marks but with surface retaining full gloss. Button's construction style is of the 1940s and perhaps this piece was issued as a memorial in 1948. Only example known to us.
