Item Description
This 3" button is listed in the book by Muchinsky but his example does not include the ribbon permanently fastened between the celluloid and the metal reverse of the button. Rim of the button reads "It's Wear/Dated Month/100% Acrilan." Additional button text reads "Get Your Free Baseball Star Emblem In Each Boy's Knit Shirt Of..." The 6" long ribbon promotes "Wear Dated Arcrilan Acrylic Fiber" by "Chemstrand." Button has small bump at upper right caused by the insertion of the reverse bar pin. Ribbon has only a couple of tiny indent marks. The Muchinsky listing as Q99 has a value of $1000.00. Rare and first we've been able to offer.
