Two vertical folds as issued. Staple holes that match to the enclosed coupon. Second is a 3x5" unopened foil packet with "Nestle's Quik Free Sample" and image on one side. Other side has image of Lone Ranger with text "Drink Plenty Of Fresh Milk Like I Do, And Remember, It Tastes Even Better When You Add Nestle's Quik". Third is 3x5" "Save 10¢ On Any Size Nestle's Quik" coupon. Repeat holes in all 3 items from where staple was removed. Lot also includes two 8x9.75" premium photos. Both feature Clayton Moore w/facsimile signature. Text at bottom left on each reads "T.V. Star For Nestle's 'Quik'/The 'Quik As A Wink' Chocolate Drink." Color photo is believed to have been a Canadian issue. Pin hole at top center of black and white from hanging. Lt. handling creases. VF. Both are scarce. An interesting lot.
