1-5/8x2" with gummed reverse that has trivial trace of stamp hinge. On front Hitler's face and swastika symbols form a punching bag being hit by a glove beneath the text "Hit Hitler Hard!" with text below "Buy U.S. Defense Bonds And Stamps." Tiny text on bottom edge "©1942 The Ad Press Baltimore." Great design and N. Mint. Morry Greener Collection.
