This rare model was introduced in the Fall of 1937. This box (which is totally different from the box for the matching boys model) is 2.5x5x1.5" deep and complete with triangular insert. Features totally different images of Mickey in top hat on both tip of lid and inside lid. Box has trace of aging, split along paper tape hinge on back. Otherwise tight and Fine. Warranty paper aged but included. Watch has 1x1.25" faceted rectangular chromed metal case and metal link band with single attached 7/8" tall enamel on brass charm of Donald. Second charm is missing. Slightest aging to dial. Case and band have full bright luster. Charm has a few pinpoint nicks. Overall Exc. and running. One of the top Disney timepieces, very rare with equally rare box.
