1-5/16" enamel on brass depicting Popeye in a fighting stance. Has town name below for a beautiful fishing town on the North Yorkshire coast of England. Reverse has name of maker and location "Stratton/Birmingham" along with the word "Copyright." Bright flashing is off the brass but otherwise condition remains essentially Mint. Rare design.
