3.5" tall with brass bar pin reading "Guest." Ribbon suspends beautiful enamel on brass fob showing both American and Canadian flags above text in full "Int'l Alliance Of Theatrical Stage Employees & Moving Picture Machine Operators Of U.S. & C. Cleveland Ohio June 1938." Back of this piece has raised lettering "34th Convention Cleveland Public Auditorium Cleveland, Ohio June 6-11, 1938."
