This rare ring was offered very briefly by Annie's radio sponsor Quaker cereals in the summer of 1941 with an expiration date of 8/30/41. Promotional text in ads of that summer instruct the reader to order "Before Orphan Annie Comes Back On The Air Next Fall." Ring has initials "SG" intertwined on each side while the top has her portrait covered by a small magnifying glass in a brass frame with a tiny pin near its upper edge so the frame can be swiveled side to side. While the ring has a nice, bright, clean all over brass tone it doesn't have the highly reflective luster applied to some premiums. In the Hake Pop Culture guide the Fine value is $1100.00 and the N.
