5.5x10.5" stiff store card has original clear plastic sealed cover over a large silver plastic ring designed to produce a flashing light as well as six different sounds. Five individual plastic discs which fit into the ring top under a plastic dome represent Earth, heart, wind, water, fire and Captain Planet himself. Card has light corner wear but remains clean and with contents Mint as issued. The show was an animated environmentalist inspired television program based on an idea by Ted Turner and Robert Larkin III. This ring with 1991 copyright was part of a toy line by Tiger Toys. Scarce in this carded state.
