This is the only issue published of this title. With #2 it became All Western Winners. The cover subject, the Blonde Phantom, was created by Stan Lee and artist Syd Shores. She had made her first appearance in the fall of 1946 in All-Select Comics #11. With issue #12, she took the title over. She continued to also appear as a back-up feature in several Timely titles. Other heroes appearing in this new volume of All Winners Comics include the three headliners from the title’s earlier run, Captain America, The Human Torch, and the Sub-Mariner. The pages are off-white. The book is CGC-certified 8.5. (VF+). According to the CGC census this is the highest graded copy they have seen.
