7.5x10" with stiff paper covers is sub-titled "100 Pages". c.1939 published by David McKay Company Washington Square Phila. Front cover has art with laughing woman wearing strange pointed hat being amused by odd hat in store window as her husband looks on bewildered. Book contains reprints of "They'll Do It Every Time" panel cartoons from 1937 to 1939. King Features began syndicating the panel cartoon in 1936. Hatlo would go on to greater fame when he introduced Henry Tremblechin, his wife Cora and their mischievous daughter Little Iodine as supporting characters in "They'll Do It Every Time", leading to The Little Iodine Sunday page that ran from 1943 to 1966. Covers have lt. dust soil, right side of front cover has some age toning. Inside pages lightly but evenly tanned. Overall cover is fine. Contents VF. Scarce. Unlisted in Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide. Well drawn and funny.
