Pappy Parker was the Marriott Corporation's chain of fried chicken restaurants which featured mascot of hillbilly in oversized hat which covered his eyes. Pappy is featured on illustrated insert card, portrait image also appears on the dial and the black hands represent his mustache and point at the numerals. Works.
