Item Description
Each is 1.5x2.25" c. 1915. Set of ten with wonderful art by J. Scheverle showing ten specifically named Indians, all from Blackfeet tribe. Stamps are numbered consecutively 11-20 and names include Chief Curly Bear, Many Tail Feathers, No Go Out, and Wolf Eagle. The railway company employed some of these Indians shown on the stamps to greet tourists when trains arrived at park. Tiny bit of aging but overall Fine to VF. Superb designs.
