Item Description
This has to be one of the greatest Christmas covers ever done for a comic book. Jack Burnley came up with a wonderful concept and the execution, right down to the presents in Santa’s bag, is perfect. While the Christmas cover is front and center, the war effort is not forgotten. The top of the book features a request to “Honor the 6th War Loan.” The book also contains another appearance by the Penguin. Jerry Robinson contributes interior art. The pages are off-white to white. The book is CGC-certified 9.0 (VF/NM). This copy is tied with six others as the third highest certified.
