8.25" long with nice art image of Elsie on left and right sides. c. 1960s made by Hayahi, Japan. Two door delivery van has open plastic windows as made. Nicely detailed interior including dashboard. All four sides have "Borden's Milk" name. Scattered lt. wear with a few tiny scratches. Overall Fine. Bright color and great design. Working.
