Early 1960s SY, Japan. 6.75" tall with patriotic design including flag torso and world map wheels. Toy works and travels about, rocks back and forth as mouth opens and shuts and bell rings. A few tiny chips to flag decals on left arm and trace of lt. wear. Fine overall.
