Copyright 1963 Hanna-Barbara Prod. Made by Ben Cooper Inc. 8.25x11x2.75" deep box titled "T.V. Star Costume" holds size small (4-6) costume. Cellophane window of box has a few light scuffs and lid top has 1" split at upper left corner near window. VF. Costume includes 8x8" molded thin plastic mask with original elastic string and 32" long dress with image of Jane with her name at top. Front of dress has heavy glitter effect. Mouth of mask has tiny puncture. Fine. Costume has some aging and is wrinkled. Fine. Scarce.
