11 3/8x16" slightly trimmed glossy paper proof for small size kit #114 ©1962 Chicago Tribune - New York News Syndicate Inc. Based on the 1960s Dick Tracy cartoon, Tracy is shown pointing at Jo Jitsu who drives police car. Staple holes at lower left-hand corner.
