Item Description
Main item is 6.5x8.5" souvenir folder c. 1940s with four pages with art of Dempsey on cover and text promoting "Broadway Bar And Cocktail Lounge" with die-cut mount inside holding glossy photo showing long table with seven seated men and man standing in bkg with Jack Dempsey's arm around him. Mount has been autographed in blue ink at top "To Sharon Lots Of Luck From Jack Dempsey". Folder is lightly rippled at edges and emulsion of photo has yellowed with age. Autograph area is Exc. Rest of group ranges from the 1930s-1960s. Includes five different postcards, menu folder, cocktail napkin pair, full match pack, empty flat match pack, and die-cut "Jack Dempsey Recommends Canada House Whiskey" table card. Three postcards have the same front but different backs. Early menu folder is creased and has remnants on blank back from scrapbook removal. Canada House card has crease at top. Other items have Exc. appearance. Nicely designed assortment and an instant collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
