1950s. 5.5x8x5.5" tall overall nicely designed with policeman on motorcycle with attached sidecar. Both have number "3". Designed to produce sparks visible through lift up headlight with red lens of motorcycle but would need new flint to spark. Works, comes with key and travels in wide circle while siren produces noise. This is version with siren case topped with painted metal outer rim but noise producing inner fan is red marbled hard plastic. Sidecar has original thin plastic windshield. Scattered lt. wear with a few scratches here and there with some lt. dust soil. Head of policeman has slight separation on face and hat area. Bright color overall. Fine.
